Phase 4 closure unfortunately had construction delay, which required the entire team to quickly document remaining work. MAE was extremely helpful in the documentation phase and quickly implemented a new materials prequalification process. MAE’s efforts in assisting in the material testing and prequalification process have been very helpful in the contractor’s efforts to complete this phase of work on time and on budget.

MAE field personnel have been key to keeping the project on schedule during a very active rain season. We appreciate MAE’s professionalism, hands-on team approach to problem solving and the detailed reporting and documentation as the Geotechnical and CMT Engineer on this project. The project was performed within 30 days utilizing a 24-hour construction operation and was staffed by MAE continuously during that time. We appreciated MAE's professionalism, proactive team approach to problem solving and the detailed documentation as CEl representatives on this project.

A unique aspect of the Geffen Park improvements project was the physical handling of soils containing hazardous waste materials. MAE utilized field crews trained to safely handle these materials with minimal interruption of the pedestrian walkway.
